  • How can you charge less than big national firms?

    Most people have lots of forms and are used to being charged for each form separately. We have up-front pricing and these one-price charges are a favorite with thousands of our clients. Bottom line: We have experienced tax preparers who insist on accuracy, but don't believe in overcharging.

  • How long will the interview take?

    Most interviews take 30 minutes.

  • Does my spouse have to be there?

    Your spouse does not have to be present; however, they must sign the completed tax return and/or electronic filing forms.

  • Do you prepare amended returns?

    Yes, we do. We are specialists in fixing errors on self-prepared returns.

  • How long does it take to get my refund?

    Federal refunds range from 2-4 weeks, depending on the method of filing. You may check the status of your refund by calling the IRS, or go to their website at www.irs.gov and click "Where's my refund?"

  • Can I drop off or mail in my tax information?

    Yes, you may do either one. Many of our clients prefer to drop off or mail in their tax information and then schedule a review of the completed return in the office or by phone.

  • How do I get to your office?
